CHUNKY CHOW MEIN | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables (drained) 1 tbsp. soy sauce Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Stir in mushroom soup and vegetables and soy sauce. Heat 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles with rice. |
