QUICKIE CHOW MEIN | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can Chinese vegetables 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soy sauce Cook ground beef in skillet; add onions and brown. Add soup, vegetables, and seasonings. Heat 5 minutes, stirring once. Serve with hot, cooked rice or chow mein noodles. |
