BEEF BRISKET 
1 beef brisket, size of your choice
Garlic salt
Seasoned salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. cooking bag
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. soy sauce

Rub brisket with paste made of garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt. Put in cooking bag with dry soup mix and soy sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Then reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 1 hour per pound.
