CREAMY BAKED VEGETABLES | |
1 pkg. (32 oz.) OR 2 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots (or any equivalent combination) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can of milk 1 c. Cheddar OR American cheese, grated 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) French-fried onion rings Cook vegetables as directed (do not overcook). Mix soup, milk and cheese. Arrange vegetables in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour soup mixture over all and top with onion rings. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. |
