CREAMY CHICKEN VEGETABLE CHOWDER 
1 1/2 c. milk or half & half
1 c. chicken broth
10 3/4 oz. can cream of potato soup
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1/3 c. chopped green onion
11 oz. can corn with red and green peppers, undrained
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In 4-quart saucepan, combine milk, broth and soups; blend well. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Cook over medium heat 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted. Serves 6.
