KRAUT SALAD 
2 1/2 c. sauerkraut (Libby's)
1 1/2 c. celery chopped
1 med. onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Mix dressing ingredients and add to sauerkraut mixture. Let stand 24 hours or longer.
