KRAUT SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 lg. can sauerkraut (lb.)
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. each chopped celery, green pepper, onion & pimiento

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Sauerkraut rinsed and drained. Mix in large bowl and cover with sauce.

DRESSING: Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over sauerkraut and let stand in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
