STRAWBERRY AND CREAM JELLO SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. whole strawberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Whipped topping if desired

Pour 2 cups boiling water over Jello. Then add 1 1/2 cups cold water to Jello. Soften cream cheese and place in mixing bowl. Add small amounts of Jello (approximately 1 tablespoon at a time) to cream cheese until all mixed together. Add strawberries cut into quarters. Place in 9x13 pan or oiled salad ring. Cover with whipped topping if desired. Refrigerate until set.
