2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. dry gelatin, dissolved (Knox)
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 mashed bananas
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix together Jello, water and gelatin, let cool but not congealed. Add pineapple and juice frozen strawberries and bananas. Mix together. Pour half of the mixture into flat dish and put into refrigerator to harden. Spread on sour cream and pour on the other half of Jello mixture. Return to refrigerator.
