SARAH'S DISH 
15 oz. (1 can) French style green beans
11 oz. (1 can) corn, whole kernel
8 oz. (1 tub) sour cream
10 oz. (1 can) soup, mushroom
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c. onion, chopped
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted

Mix together beans and corn. Spread on bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.

Mix together sour cream, soup, cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on top of previous layer.

Spread crackers over top and pour melted butter over all.

Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
