BRUNCH IN A DISH 
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Place hash browns in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer cooked sausage over hash browns. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
