EASY BRUNCH DISH 
8 slices bread (remove crust and cube)
4 c. milk
8 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. diced ham
1/4 c. onion

Place bread in buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cheese, ham and onions. Mix and add remaining ingredients. Pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
