MAKE AHEAD BRUNCH DISH 
8 slices of bread
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 c. cooked meat (ham, bacon, sausage)
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cut bread into bite size pieces. Place in a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard and add meat and cheese. Make this the night before using. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
