SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Combine and pour into a well greased casserole. Top with two cups crushed potato chips and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
