CHERRY TART 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream together sugar, Crisco, eggs, and vanilla. Sift flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture with 1/4 cup milk. Use 2 cans of cherry pie filling for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
