CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Cup cake papers

Let cream cheese become room temperature. Mix cream cheese, eggs,. sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Put vanilla wafer in cup cake paper. Pour cheese mixture in paper holder (about 1/2 full). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with pie filling while warm. Chill.
