CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 graham cracker tart shells
1 can cherry pie filling

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth. Spoon into tart shells. Top each with 1 tablespoon canned cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
