CHERRY CHEESE TARTS 
Mix together:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter

Press into cupcake tins lined with cupcake papers (18 to 20).

FILLING:

2 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar

Beat filling ingredients 2 to 4 minutes until smooth. Pour into cupcake papers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

Blueberry or cherry pie filling

Top with pie filling and chill.
