Vanilla wafers
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry pie filling

Put 1 vanilla wafer in lined (cupcake paper) muffin pan. Mix remaining ingredients together. Fill muffin pan 1/2 full with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, let cool. Take out of pan and top with cherry pie filling. Makes about 24.
