CRANBERRY ORANGE WINE PUNCH 
1 bottle sparkling white wine
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar or honey
2 cups water
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
1/4 cup curacao or Grand Marnier

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water and citrus peel. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer; cook til cranberries begin to burst, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer, leaving for at least 30 minutes to drip through. Add curacao or Grand Marnier and serve over ice.

This may also be served while still warm in mugs, with a cinnamon stick in the cup.
