JAPANESE FRIED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped ginger
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sake or white wine
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. flour
3 c. vegetable oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sake and salt and pepper to taste. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a frying pan, to about 180 degrees. Cover chicken pieces with flour. Cook in oil for about 8 minutes.
