SALLY'S MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 can coconut (optional)
1 can mandarin oranges

ICING:

1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 box instant vanilla pudding

For cake; mix well. Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until done.

When cool, mix the icing and spread on cake. Refrigerate.
