SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 pkts. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can fruit cocktail
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) angel food cake
4 c. Cool Whip (2 c. for cake and 2 c. for topping)

Drain the juice from the 3 fruits to make 1 cup juice. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add hot water and the 1 cup of juice, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Put this in freezer until shaky. Take gelatin out and fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip.

Break angel food cake in pieces and put in a 9x12 inch glass dish. Pour the gelatin mixture over this and the drained fruits. Stir all together. Sprinkle with coconut. Top with 2 cups of Cool Whip, pecans, coconut and mandarin oranges. Refrigerate overnight.
