HOAGIE SAUCE 
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 c. tomatoes, pureed
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. oregano or mixed Italian spices
1/4 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Flavor improves if you allow sauce to "cure" overnight. Spoon over your favorite hoagies.
