1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice too
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Cook in three 8 inch round pans. Layers will be thin and sponge-like.

ICE WITH:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can coconut, small
3/4 c. powdered sugar, to taste and desired spreading consistency
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Keep covered in refrigerator; let set overnight before cutting. Freezes well too.
