“STICKE' CHICKEN” IS IN:

STICKE' CHICKEN 
Sticke' chicken could be eatin' cold or hot. This delightful dish is sure to have them wanting more.

chicken pieces (party wings are best)

DRY MIX:

all-purpose flour
salt and pepper
paprika

STICKY SAUCE:

honey barbecue sauce (your choice)
honey
FRANK'S® Red Hot hot sauce
sugar
brown sugar

Note: To make your own party wings, cut wings at joint and discard tips.

In large paper bag add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Shake to mix seasonings. Add chicken pieces to coat with flour mixture.

Fry chicken until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Place all sauce ingredients (to your liking) in a large bowl and mix together well (the more honey added the more crunchy it will be). Dip and coat the fried chicken pieces in the sauce mixture.

Place on cookie sheet and bake in 300°F oven for 10 minutes.
