SAUSAGE PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained (opt.)

Brown sausage; add green peppers and onion and oregano. Add a dash of pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and macaroni. Put in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix half of cheese into mixture and top with remaining half. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
