MEXICAN CHEF SALAD | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. diced onions 1 medium head lettuce 1 can kidney beans, drained 2 tomatoes, cubed 2 avocados, cubed 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar 1 bag Doritos chips, gently crushed in bag 1/2 bottle Russian dressing (substitute with Catalina dressing) Cook ground beef with garlic powder and onions. Add in kidney beans when meat is almost cooked all the way. Drain and set aside. Mix lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, cheese, chips and ground beef in a large bowl. Add dressing (add to preference; we prefer a light coat of dressing in the salad which would be just a little over half the bottle). Serve immediately. |
