SAVANNAH BREAD 
1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream oil, peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas. Sift together remaining ingredients and add alternating with buttermilk, mixing until well blended. Spoon batter into greased and floured 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center tests done. Cool until it can be handled. Wrap in foil or plastic, Refrigerate immediately.
