SAVANNAH BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg., ripe bananas (1 c.)
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add to butter and sugar. Blend bananas with peanut butter. To combine all, stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Add this in about 4 parts to keep from having all the flour at one time. Alternate flour mixture with banana mixture. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. Let stand on wire rack to cool.
