CAJUN PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 (1 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 c. water
2 c. instant uncooked rice
1 (4.5 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
6 (approximately 3/4-inch) pork chops
1 tbsp. Tabasco
salt to taste
Tony Chachere Creole seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°F. Clean and season pork chops with Tony's seasoning and place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix soup mix, water, rice and mushrooms together and pour on top of chops. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. When cooked, remove pork chops and sprinkle with salt. Set aside. Add Tabasco to rice mixture and mix. Note: If Tabasco and salt are added before cooking, the rice tends to soak up the seasoning too much.
