OVEN CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 head shredded cabbage
1 c. raw rice
1 sm. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
Season to taste

Mix all ingredients together; pour into casserole dish. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until cabbage and rice are tender. Serves 5 to 8.
