KC'S KARMEL KORN 
5 qt. popcorn, popped
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix the above ingredients, except popcorn in a microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir after each minute until it boils. May need an additional 2 minutes cooking time depending on microwave. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda to mixture. Put popcorn in a large paper bag. Pour caramel sauce over popcorn shake to evenly distribute. Microwave 1 minute. Shake. Microwave 1 more minute. Pour into bowl and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
