1 lg. roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
Cut dough in 1" slices, then in fourths. Drop 1/4 into each cup of a tart size/mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
Remove foil from Hershey kisses while dough is baking. Remove tin from oven and quickly press one kiss into center of each cookie. Make a depression as you press. Allow to cool 20 minutes before carefully removing cookie from tin. (Kiss must have time to become firm again.) Makes about 40 cookies. Refrigerate dough between processes. These store well in tightly lidded/sealed Tupperware or tins.
