BACON AND CHEDDAR MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

(Use paper muffin cups.) Mix all ingredients (except cheese and bacon) until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in cheese and bacon. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Delicious breakfast muffin.
