BACON AND CHEDDAR MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Pour into a 12 cup muffin pan.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
