EASY SPANISH RICE | |
1 c. cooked Carolina white rice 1/2 lg. onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 3 cherry hot peppers from jar 4 tbsp. oil 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce While rice is cooking, cook onion, garlic and pepper with oil in frying pan until opaque (do not turn). Add tomato sauce; mix. Add rice, mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Make sure mixture is somewhat wet or it will dry out and burn. You can add a little water if too thick. Delicious! |
