EASY HOMEMADE SPANISH RICE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce

Brown beef with onion and green pepper. Pour off fat. Add salt. Stir in rice and Cheddar cheese. Pour in tomato sauce and heat through. Makes 4-5 servings.
