EASY PAREVE SPANISH RICE 
2 onions
2 green peppers
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 (14 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Minute rice

Fry onion, green peppers and celery. Then put all fried vegetables in a large pot with 2 cups water with the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in 3 cups Minute rice. Remove from stove. Let stand covered 5 minutes or longer.
