CHEESE POTATO BOOTS 
4 Idaho potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 slices cheese

Bake potatoes until thoroughly done; remove from oven and slice lengthwise, carefully remove potato from skins (save skins). Put potatoes, 1/2 stick butter, 1/3 cup Parmesan, and 1 teaspoon salt; blend in mixer. Add milk until potatoes are fluffy. Return to skins; place 1/3 slice cheese on each potato half. Return to oven until cheese melts.
