BOUILLON CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. potatoes, cubed
5 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cooking oil
4 tbsp. instant bouillon
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

In skillet melt butter and oil. Add cubed potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add bouillon and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 5 more minutes. Put in casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle more cheese and paprika on top. Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Allow extra heating time.
