BANANA FRITTERS 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
4 ripe bananas, mashed

Gradually add sugar to eggs, beating well. Mix in flour for a smooth mixture. Add bananas. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil until very hot and drop batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil. Brown on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
