CORN FRITTERS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, salt into bowl; combine eggs, milk and corn and add to dry mixture. Stir only until dry ingredients are moist. Drop by teaspoonful into 375 degree fat. Fry 2 to 3 minutes each side. Drain well; serve hot.
