2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
5 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas (4)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. banana cream instant pudding
1 c. pecans if desired

Mix sugar, oil eggs and bananas in large bowl.

In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt and pudding mix. Combine all ingredients and bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 350.
