BANANA BREAD OR MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. (3 med.) mashed ripe bananas
2 c. all-purpose flour or 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch loaf pan or 12 muffin pans. Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add salt, eggs, bananas, sour cream and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in flour. Bake for 50-60 minutes bread, or 15-20 minutes muffins.
