CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. (2 med.) mashed bananas
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, just add
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 F. for 55 to 65 minutes. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan. 1 loaf. Yields 16 servings.
