DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. water
3 sq. Baker's chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk or yogurt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil; butter, water and chocolate. Remove from heat. In a large bowl sift flour. Add sugar, salt, soda, then add eggs and buttermilk. Lastly add chocolate mixture and beat for 3 minutes on high. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting. For a real treat, top with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries!
