DARK, DARK, CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with One Bowl Butter Cream Frosting recipe found on every Hershey's cocoa can.
