DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. strong coffee
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil, coffee, eggs and vanilla. Stir to blend well. Bake in 13 x 9 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with favorite frosting.

HINT: For strong coffee use 1 1/2 cups hot water and 3 teaspoons instant coffee.
