SALSA 
2 qt. tomatoes, peeled, chopped
2 lg. bell peppers, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 med. onions, chopped
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar (can use less)
2 tbsp. salt

Boil until thickened, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Put into 1/2 pint jars and seal. Process 5 minutes in hot water bath. Makes 4 pints.
